Came to them for business strategy advice after my hospital colleague recommended them sha. The consultants actually understood healthcare sector challenges which impressed me at first, but the whole engagement felt rushed and they didnt really follow up after giving their initial recommendations. For the amount I paid, I expected more detailed implementation support and check-ins but got radio silence after the final report. Not terrible but not worth the price they charging either honestly.
Came for a consultation on strategic direction for my fashion business and the team actually understood what I needed sha. They gave solid recommendations and the whole approach was thorough, but abeg the follow-up process moved at snail pace and I had to chase them multiple times for updates. For the money they charge I expected faster turnaround on deliverables but the strategy itself was worth it. Will go back but hopefully they sort out their communication speed this time.
Wasn't even planning to use a consultant but my business partner insisted we talk to Africa Strategy and honestly I'm glad we did. The consultant they assigned to me took time to understand how real estate works in Nigeria instead of coming with some generic template like most of these people sha. What really stood out was how they broke down market strategy specifically for the North which is where most of my deals are. Would definitely work with them again if we need guidance.
