Came to set up their digital payment system for my shop and the platform itself is solid sha, transfers go through fast and the rates are competitive. My problem is the support team took almost two weeks to respond to my questions about integration and when they finally did the guy spoke to me like I was wasting his time. For the price they charge and the size of their operation you'd think customer support wouldn't be this frustrating but here we are. Works fine once it's set up but getting there was a whole ordeal.
