Wasn't even planning to come but my friend who runs a small business dragged me to Grapes Media for social media help and I was actually impressed with what they showed me. The team knew their stuff about web design and posting strategy, explained everything clearly which I appreciated. My only complaint though is following up was like pulling teeth, took them almost two weeks to send me the final designs after they said three days.
