Internet is fast but installation process was a headache

Took a lot of convincing to try ipNX because my mates were complaining but honestly the fibre speed when it finally worked was impressive. The whole installation thing sha took forever though and nobody from their team communicated properly about when the technician would show up. I waited almost two weeks after payment before someone came to my office and the guy didn't even have all the equipment he needed so he had to come back the next day. Speed is there no doubt but the way they handle getting you connected needs serious work abeg.

Internet speed is actually solid sha

Been using ipNX fibre for my shop in Abeokuta for almost three months now and I'm not going to lie, the connection is reliable. What got me most is that the technician who came to install didn't rush through it like most these people do, took time to explain how everything works and answer my questions properly. No serious downtime since they connected me which means my business runs smooth and customers can actually load pages fast when they come in. For what I'm paying monthly, the speed and consistency is worth it so far.
