I've tried here for months now and the work they do with food science is legit impressive, but abeg their online booking system needs serious fixing. Last time I came in for a consultation, I booked a slot three days before and still waited almost an hour past my appointment time because their staff weren't coordinated. The actual service and knowledge from the team members is solid I won't lie, but that wahala with waiting when you already booked in advance nearly turned me off from coming back.
