Mixed feelings about Olam Nigeria

Came for a quick inquiry about their agribusiness operations and the whole experience was honestly all over the place. The staff at the front desk took forever to even acknowledge me, just staring at their screens like I was invisible, and I waited almost 35 minutes before someone actually bothered to help. When they finally did attend to me sha, the information they gave me was helpful and the person knew their stuff, but that wait time left a bitter taste. Would consider coming back if they sort out their customer service timing because the actual business side seems solid, but e no easy when you're already frustrated before they even talk to you.

Good stuff from Olam but the wait na real thing

Came here to check out their agribusiness products and I must say the quality of what they supply is solid. The staff knew their stuff when I asked questions about sourcing and pricing which impressed me honestly. My only gripe sha is that the whole process took longer than expected even though everything turned out fine in the end. For what they offer though they deliver value and I'll be back.

Their agro products are legit quality

Been coming here for months now and I must say the consistency is what gets me. As a pastor, I source some items for our church programs and Olam Nigeria's supply chain sha — everything arrives on time and in good condition, no damaged goods drama like other suppliers. The quality of their agricultural products is something else, and their team actually knows what they're talking about when you ask questions. Worth the investment if you're serious about getting reliable agribusiness supplies.
