Finally got internet that actually works

I've tried here for months now and honestly Spectranet's 4G LTE network is proper solid compared to what I was using before. The speed is consistent sha, whether I'm working from home or downloading files at the office. Download speeds have been faster than I expected and I haven't had the usual dropouts I dealt with from other providers. For an IT guy like me who needs reliable internet, this has genuinely made my work life easier and I'm not even exaggerating.

Internet is fast but their customer service na problem

I've tried here for months now and the 4G speed sha is actually decent when it's working. But abeg their support team needs serious talking to because when your connection drops on a Sunday nothing happens until Monday and you're just there wondering if you're paying for what you're actually getting. The data is reliable most times I won't lie but one time my bill charged double and getting them to reverse it was like pulling teeth. For the price they charge monthly, the service should come with better support when things go wrong.

Internet good but their customer service slow sha

Been using Spectranet for almost a year now and the 4G connection is actually solid most days, fast enough for my work and everything. My only real complaint is that when I had issues with my bill last month, it took them almost two weeks to sort it out even after I called multiple times and nobody seemed to know what was happening. The speed and reliability of the service sef makes up for it but abeg they need to fix their customer care because that own was frustrating. Overall I'll stick with them since the internet works well but that experience left a sour taste
