Finally got a loan without the stress

Long time customer dropping a review finally because I had to share this. Applied for a microfinance loan here last month and honestly the whole process was straightforward, no hidden fees or nonsense like some of these other places. The officer who handled my application actually took time to explain everything clearly which I appreciated sha because most banks just rush you through. Best part was getting approved in less than two weeks and the money hit my account, already using it to expand my small business here in Abeokuta and things are moving.

Took a lot of convincing to try this place and im still not sure

My friend dragged me here saying they help people get loans and small business money so I thought why not try since Im thinking of starting a side hustle as a nurse. The process was straightforward sha and the staff actually explained things clearly which I appreciated but the interest rates they quoted me were honestly higher than I expected for a microfinance place. Waited almost an hour before anyone attended to me and when I finally got my application processed the whole vibe felt rushed like they just wanted my money and move to the next person. Would I come back? Maybe if I exhaust other options but im not convinced they offer value for what you're paying abeg.

Loan came through but the process nearly killed me

Was skeptical at first but I needed capital for my photography equipment so I came to Accion. The loan approval itself was decent and the money hit my account, which I'll give them credit for sha. But abeg, the back and forth with documentation was exhausting — they kept asking for the same papers multiple times like their system wasn't talking to itself. Three months later and I'm still wondering if there's a better way they could've handled it, because the whole experience felt more stressful than it needed to be.
