Finally something that makes sense for my lifestyle

Long time customer dropping a review finally because Sparkle Nigeria has genuinely made managing my money while staying connected to my people so much easier. What got me most is how the app lets me set aside money for different things without all the stress of jumping between multiple banks, and the community aspect means I'm not just banking in isolation like some robot. As someone running a fashion business at 54, I appreciate that this isn't just another stiff digital bank sha, it actually understands that money and community go together. Worth every naira honestly.

App works fine but the tribe thing no make sense

Tried this Sparkle app for a few weeks now and honestly I'm on the fence about it sha. The digital banking part itself is smooth enough, transfers go through fast and the app interface don't give me headache like some other apps, but then they keep pushing this 'tribe' feature thing and I genuinely don't understand what they want from me. Also my money no grow just because I'm on a lifestyle app abeg, so if you're expecting to save or invest here you might be disappointed like I was.

The app is smooth but omo the transactions sef

Came to try this digital banking thing everyone was talking about and honestly the interface is actually nice — easy to navigate which I appreciate as someone who just wants to send money quick quick. But the thing is, I've been trying to link my account to make transfers for almost two weeks now and their customer support sha, they're not responding to messages. The money movement feature they advertise works when it wants to work, and I had one transaction pending for three days before it went through. For a lifestyle bank that promises to understand 'your tribe,' they need to sort out the backend issues because the pretty app doesn't mean much if my money is stuck in limbo.
