They really know their stuff with property deals

Reluctantly agreed to come here and honestly I was just looking for somewhere to invest some money from my salon business. The person who attended to me took time to explain how everything works without making me feel stupid about not knowing real estate terms sha. They showed me actual projects and the numbers made sense, not like some places where you're just throwing money at something. Worth the visit if you're serious about putting your money somewhere legit.

Good property options but the waiting time sha

Long time customer dropping a review finally because I've been working with them on institutional deals for about two years now. The properties they have are solid and their staff actually know their stuff when they eventually get to you, but abeg the waiting period to get proper attention is something else. Last month I came in with my firm to discuss a commercial space and waited almost an hour before anyone sat with us even though I had called ahead. Besides that frustration the whole process moved smoothly once we got moving, so I can't complain too much overall.

decent concept but the whole process was frustrating

Wasn't even planning to come but my colleague kept talking about their institutional projects so I decided to check them out. The office itself looked professional enough and the staff were polite sha, but getting actual information about their developments took forever. I asked basic questions about their current projects and timelines and nobody could give me straight answers without saying I needed to book a consultation first. For a company doing real estate, you'd think they'd have their facts together for walk-in inquiries.
