Good company but their communication needs work

Long time follower of what Aradel is doing in the energy sector and I decided to look more into their corporate dealings. The work they do is solid and you can see they know their stuff when it comes to integrated energy operations. My issue sha is that getting clear information about their services and timelines took way too long and I had to follow up multiple times before anyone responded properly. Otherwise they seem like they have their act together but abeg they need to work on how fast they communicate with people inquiring about their business.

Good company but their communication needs work

Long time customer dropping a review finally because I been following Aradel for years now and I won't lie they running a solid operation sha. The way they handle their energy business and investments is proper, you can see they know what they doing in the sector. My only gripe is reaching them for inquiries is a whole wahala, emails take forever to get responses and when you finally get someone it feels like they doing you a favor. Everything else checks out but that customer communication aspect needs serious attention abeg.

Good company to work with as a rider

Been doing deliveries around Aba for years now and I came across Aradel when I was looking into which companies na legit to partner with. The whole process of getting registered and understanding how they operate was straightforward — no hidden charges or wahala like some of these other outfits. What really got me was how they handle their corporate communication; everything is clear from the start so you know exactly where you stand. I won't lie, for a delivery rider like me who deals with different businesses, this one sha treats you with respect and the payment system is solid.
