Wasn't even planning to come but my sister kept pushing me to check out what Lekki Gardens had for affordable housing and honestly it wasn't a waste of time. The staff were helpful, explained everything clearly, and the units they showed me were actually decent value for the money. My only gripe sha is that their website information was outdated when I visited like the prices listed online didn't match what they quoted me in person which was annoying. Overall though I'd say if you're serious about getting into property in a good location without breaking the bank, they're worth a visit.
