Frequent customer here and I must say Lenco has made managing my clinic's finances way easier with their digital platform. The app itself is smooth and transfers go through quick which is what matters most for a busy doctor like me. My only real complaint sha is getting hold of someone when you have an issue — I had a problem with a transaction two weeks ago and it took them almost five days to respond to my support ticket, which was frustrating because I needed it sorted urgently. Overall though they've delivered on what they promise for business banking, just wish their customer support team moved faster.
