Good coverage but their online portal is annoying

Came for a consultation on getting proper risk management coverage and the staff explained everything clearly which I appreciated. They know their stuff when it comes to insurance products and the whole process was straightforward sha. My only gripe is their online portal for claims is confusing and poorly designed, took me forever to figure out how to submit documents. Otherwise they handled my policy well and the premiums are reasonable for what you get.

They know their business but the waiting time sha

Frequent customer here and I must say Linkage Assurance actually know what they doing when it comes to risk management. The staff are knowledgeable and they explain everything clearly which I appreciate as someone who deals with delivery risks daily. My only complaint is the waiting time abeg because last time I came to renew my policy I waited almost an hour before anyone called my name even though I had an appointment. Good company overall but they need to manage their schedules better because time is money for us riders.

Finally found someone who actually understands risk management

Wasn't even planning to come but my boss recommended them for our company's insurance review and I'm glad he did. The consultant that handled our case took time to actually explain what we needed instead of just pushing products at us — sha that alone impressed me because most places don't bother. They didn't rush through the assessment and made sure we understood the coverage gaps before recommending anything. I no go lie, for someone like me who works with numbers all day, I appreciated the clarity.
