Paga is solid but their app can frustrate you sometimes

Frequent customer here and I must say the money transfer process sha is straightforward when everything works fine. I've been sending money to my family in Lagos for almost a year now and the rates are better than what other platforms charge. My one complaint though is the app interface can be confusing sometimes, took me a whole 20 minutes to figure out how to resend money to a saved contact last week. Overall it gets the job done and I keep coming back, just wish they'd make the app easier to navigate abeg.

Finally something that just works

I've tried here for months now and honestly Paga has made my life easier sha. The money transfer part is what got me because as someone who sends cash back home to my people in the village, the whole process used to be a headache with long queues and waiting. Now I just do it from my phone in two minutes and my mum gets the money within the hour. No long talks, no complicated steps, just send and done.

Money transfers work fine but the app sha

Been using Paga for almost a year now and the transfers go through quick, no wahala there. My only complaint is the app interface — it's not intuitive at all, took me forever to figure out where to tap for a simple transfer when I first started. The fees are reasonable compared to other options and money hits accounts fast which is what matters honestly. Good service overall but dem need to redesign that app because it's confusing for no reason.
