Been looking to buy land in Kaduna and my cousin recommended LSDPC Hub so I went to check out their estates. The staff showed me around different properties and they really do have nice developments with good layouts and everything, I won't lie. My own problem is that the paperwork side of things sha, it's moving so slow like they're not organized at all, I've been going back and forth for weeks just to get documents sorted when it should be straightforward. Everything else about the company is solid but abeg they need to speed up their documentation process because that alone almost made me go somewhere else.
