Wasn't even planning to come but my boss insisted we engage them for some offshore project support and I had to follow up on the whole thing myself. The technical team sha knows what they're doing when it comes to the seabed to surface operations but getting updates from them was like pulling teeth, I no go lie. Waited almost two weeks for a simple status report and when it finally came the information was vague at best. For the kind of money they're charging and the specialist nature of what they do, the lack of proper client communication is really frustrating.
