Came for a quick consultation about underwriting my plumbing business and the guy explained everything clear clear which I appreciated sha. But then when I actually needed to file a claim months later, the whole thing turned into a nightmare. They kept asking for documents I swear they already had, took forever to respond to calls, and honestly the service after you sign up is nothing like what they showed you at the beginning. Not terrible but I expected better follow up for what they charging me monthly.

Still gave them four stars because when they finally responded the process moved fast, but that initial lag time nearly gave me high blood pressure as a police officer dealing with risky situations, I expect faster action.
