Good insurance coverage but their response time sha

Used to be my go-to but recently had to file a claim and the whole process took longer than it should have. The staff were helpful when I finally got through to someone but getting them on the phone in the first place was the real wahala - kept transferring me between departments. That said the coverage they gave me is solid and better than what I was paying before, so I can't complain too much. Just wish their customer service was as sharp as their policies.

Good coverage but their portal is annoying

Long time customer dropping a review finally because I've been with Consolidated Hallmark for almost two years now and honestly the insurance plans are solid with good payouts when you need them. My issue sha is their online portal for claims submission because it's clunky and confusing, took me three tries to understand how to upload documents properly and I had to call their office twice for clarification. Customer service staff were helpful when I called them sef but abeg they need to fix that portal because it's 2024 and it should not be this difficult. Overall the actual insurance product and claims process once you get past the portal issues has been reliable for me.

Consolidated Hallmark sorted me out proper

Wasn't even planning to come but my boss insisted I sort out my personal insurance and honestly I'm glad he pushed me. The guy who attended to me explained everything in simple terms so I could actually understand what I was signing up for, no long English talk. Processing was quick and they didn't ask me for extra money like some places do sha. Good experience all round and I'll definitely recommend to my boys.
