Good advisors but they move slow sha

Came to Pison Housing for mortgage guidance and the consultants actually knew their stuff which impressed me. They explained everything about rates and property options clearly without making it confusing like some places do. My only gripe is the whole process took longer than it should have, I no go lie we spent almost 3 hours for what felt like 1.5 hour work. Good service overall but they need to speed things up because waiting time like that makes you question if its worth the effort.

Good advisors but they need to speed up their process

Came to sort out my mortgage options and honestly the team knew their stuff sha. The lady who sat with me broke down everything about housing loans and what I could afford as a young professional, which I appreciated because I was clueless. My only complaint is the whole process took forever even though I had an appointment, like I waited almost an hour before anyone called me in. Besides that timing issue, I left feeling confident about next steps and would come back when I'm ready to move forward.

Finally understand why people talk about Pison Housing

Wasn't even planning to come but my colleague kept saying I should sort out my mortgage situation and dragged me to Pison Housing. The adviser I met with actually took time to break down the whole mortgage process for me, no rushing, and I appreciated that sha because most places just want to sell you something quick quick. They explained the different advisory options and what each one would cost me without pressure, which was refreshing. Worth the trip from Yola for this level of clarity honestly.
