Been with Royal Exchange for years now and they still come through

Long time customer dropping a review finally because honestly this insurance company has saved me from plenty wahala over the years. The claims process sha, I was worried it would be the usual runaround but their team actually processed mine in two weeks without asking for the same document five times like other places do. They know how to handle their customers sef, no big big grammar just straightforward people. Worth every kobo I pay them for peace of mind really.

Finally renewed my policy without the usual hassle

I've been with Royal Exchange for years now and honestly their renewal process this time was straightforward. The staff member handling my file didn't make me repeat myself five times like the last guy did, and she explained the new premium clearly without talking down to me. For an insurance company that's been around this long, you'd think service like this should be normal but it's not, so I appreciate when they get it right. This is why I stick with them sha.

Insurance claims process needs serious work

Came to sort out my policy claim and honestly the whole thing was frustrating. Staff at the counter were polite enough but the amount of back and forth for documents na wahala, I had to come back three times before they processed everything correctly. The actual insurance product itself is solid sha, I'll give Royal Exchange that much, but their administrative side needs serious sorting. Won't rush to recommend until they fix how they handle claims.
