Finally got reliable internet out here in Calabar

I've tried here for months now and I must say Tizeti has been a lifesaver for my pharmacy business. The solar powered setup means even when NEPA does their usual thing, my internet stays on which sef is half the battle in this country. What got me most is the consistency of the connection sha—no constant buffering like other providers I've dealt with. For someone running a business where I need to process orders and communicate with suppliers, this unlimited data is worth every naira they charge.

Internet works but installation took forever

Needed somewhere to charge my phone and work and the solar internet they have here is actually decent when it's running. But abeg the setup process was something else sha, took them almost three weeks to come install equipment at my place when they said five days. Speed is good and I appreciate that the power don't affect it like my NEPA light used to, but for the price they charging monthly I expected better customer service when I had issues. The technician wey came to fix problem was helpful at least but that long waiting time still annoyed me plenty.

Internet work but connection drop too much

Was skeptical at first but my neighbor kept raving about Tizeti so I decided to try the solar internet service last month. The connection speed is decent when it's working sha, good enough for me to do my security job reports and browse without waiting forever. My problem is the thing keeps disconnecting especially when it rains or late afternoon, and their customer service people are hard to reach when you have issues. For what I'm paying monthly I expected something more reliable since I work from home some days abeg.
