Review Time
Came here to sort out a shipment tracking issue and honestly the staff knew what they were doing, which was good. But sha, getting anyone to explain what was happening with my package took forever and I had to ask like three different people before someone actually listened. The office itself is organized and they have their systems in place but the waiting around and lack of follow up after I left really annoyed me. Not terrible but for a company this size you'd expect better customer care honestly.
Frequent customer here and I must say Sifax Group handles shipments pretty well overall. My parcels arrive on time and the tracking system actually works which is rare these days. My only gripe sha is that when I had questions about my last shipment nobody responded to my calls for almost two days and I was already worried. Still using them because they deliver but abeg they need to sort out their customer care response time.

The staff at their office are helpful and professional when you visit, but abeg their customer service line is a whole different story. Last month I had a question about a shipment status and it took them three days to get back to me when it should've been simple — by then I had already called five times. Overall they get the job done well but e no easy trying to reach someone when you need clarity.
