I've tried here for months now and I must say the difference in power supply since Eko Electricity started servicing my area in Sokoto has been something else. Before now light was a luxury but these guys have been consistent sha, and that one thing alone has changed how I do my business as a trader. The billing is clear too which I appreciate because dem no go just add random charges. Worth the naira honestly.
Frequent customer here and I must say Eko Electricity has been reliable sha. Before them, my area in Makurdi would just lose power randomly and the backup generator noise was killing me, but since they started supplying our neighbourhood the consistency has been honestly life changing for someone who works from home like me. What really got me was how their customer service person actually picked up when I called with a billing question instead of the usual runaround you get from these companies. Worth every naira so far.
Been relying on Eko Electricity for power supply these past months and I no go lie, the electricity is consistent compared to what we used to get. But abeg, when you try to reach them about billing issues or anything at all, it's a whole different story — took me almost two weeks to get clarification on one charge on my bill and nobody was picking calls. The supply itself deserves the praise but their customer service sha is dragging the whole thing down for me.
