Local computers are decent but the pricing sha

Came to check out what Zinox has been doing since they started making computers locally and I was half impressed honestly. The machines work fine and all but when you compare the price to what you'd get importing yourself, the gap is not small at all. Their staff explained the features well enough but nobody told me about warranty claims taking forever or how limited the after-sales support is. I'll give them credit for trying to build something Nigerian but the value for money is not really there yet.

Good stuff but their delivery is slow sha

Long time customer dropping a review finally because Zinox computers are solid I won't lie. Got myself a unit last year and it's been reliable, does exactly what I need for work and personal use, quality is there. My only gripe though is the after sales service took forever when I had a minor issue, had to follow up like three times before someone came to sort it. Still standing by them because supporting local is important but abeg they need to speed up on the support side of things.

Good computers but waiting time is annoying

Been coming here for months now and the quality of their machines sef is solid — built locally and they actually last which is impressive. My only complaint na the waiting time when you come to pick up or get service done, sometimes they leave you standing there for almost an hour before anyone checks on you. Staff could really work on that because everything else about the place is fine, the computers are good value for money and they know what they're doing technically. I'll keep coming back sha but they need to sort out their customer service timing.
