Good entertainment value but their customer service line is really slow

I've been using MultiChoice for months now and honestly the content is solid, got everything I need to relax after farm work. The streaming quality is there and the variety keeps me coming back sha. My only real complaint is trying to reach their customer service when you have an issue is like pulling teeth, waited almost 2 hours on hold last month when my subscription glitched. Apart from that wahala with their support team, the service itself does what it promises and the price is fair enough for what you get.

Good content but my DStv bills are killing me

I've tried here for months now and the channels and shows are solid I won't lie, plenty of entertainment options to keep you busy. But abeg the subscription prices have me reconsidering everything because same thing I can almost get cheaper elsewhere and my pocket can't take it. Last time I called customer care about a billing issue it took them three days to get back to me which felt like forever. The service itself works fine when there's no NEPA drama but the value for money part is what's making me think twice about renewing.

Good entertainment options but their billing sha

Been with MultiChoice for almost two years now and I won't lie the channels are decent — got my kids watching their programs and I catch football matches on weekends. But abeg, the billing system is something else. Last month they charged me twice for the same subscription and when I called customer care, the girl on the phone kept transferring me around like I'm playing some game. Finally got refunded after pestering them for three weeks, which shouldn't be that hard in 2024. Service is solid when everything is working but their admin side needs serious sorting out.
