Service is good but billing issue annoyed me

Frequent customer here and I must say Ikeja Electric has actually made things easier for me with their distribution network and billing system. Got my power restored quick last month when there was an outage in our area and the staff were helpful when I came to sort my account balance sha. My only gripe is that the bill they sent me had an error, took me three visits to the office before they corrected it, and nobody apologized for the wahala. Otherwise they're doing well for a power company this size and I'll keep using them.

Ikeja Electric finally sorted my meter issue

I've tried here for months now dealing with my electricity meter problems and honestly this last visit was different. The guy who attended to me actually took time to explain what was wrong instead of the usual runaround, and he didn't even rush me through it sef. Payment process was smooth and they gave me a proper receipt with a reference number which I appreciated because now if there's any issue I have something to show. Won't lie, their customer service has improved a lot since I first came here annoyed.

Finally got stable light supply sha

Been coming here for months now and honestly the difference since they upgraded their distribution network in my area has been night and day. Light used to come and go anyhow but now it's actually consistent — and for someone running a salon, that's everything because my clippers and dryers can't be on and off all day. The bill is still steep but at least now I know what I'm paying for. Would've given them grief before but this improvement alone deserves the five.
