Data speeds are actually solid sha

Been using Airtel for almost two years now and honestly the network coverage in Bauchi is way better than it use to be. My data speeds are consistent even during peak hours which matters when I'm working from home or checking technical stuff for projects. The network sef doesn't drop like it used to, and I appreciate that they've improved their service quality. Worth keeping as my network provider.

good network but the customer service ehn

I swear their data bundles are solid — e no easy to find reliable service in Kano honestly. But abeg, trying to sort out billing issues is like pulling teeth. Last week I went to the office to query my statement and the girl at the counter didn't even look up when I walked in, just pointed me to sit down for almost 40 minutes. The thing is, the service itself works fine sha, but they need to train their staff on how to treat customers because that attitude nearly gave me high blood pressure that day.

been coming here for months and service is solid but

Been coming here for months now and I no go lie, their network coverage in Enugu is really dependable — calls connect fast, data moves when I'm using it for my trading business online. The thing is, last week I went to their office to sort out my billing issue and I waited almost 50 minutes before anyone attended to me even though the place wasn't even that full. Staff were just chatting among themselves sha. But to be fair, once the lady finally came to help me she sorted everything quick quick and didn't give me stress about it.

network is actually decent but why the queue

Been loyal to Airtel since my shop started going digital and I no go lie, their service is solid most days. I came to renew my data bundle last week and the network coverage in Bauchi here works fine for my tailoring business — calls go through, internet decent for checking prices and designs. But sha, that day I waited almost one hour at their office just to see someone, and there were only like five people ahead of me. The staff could manage their queue better abeg — that small thing almost spoiled the whole thing for me.
