Been using Ericsson NG's 5G connectivity for a few months now and I won't lie the network speed is really impressive especially when I'm working from home between hospital shifts. Connection is stable and rarely drops which matters when you're trying to access patient records or send urgent emails. My only complaint though is getting through to their customer care when you have issues is a whole palaver. Last month I had a connectivity problem and spent almost 40 minutes on hold before someone picked up, and by the time I got through the person sounded like they didn't even know what they were doing. For a company leading the way in 5G sef their after-sales support needs serious work.
