Internet connection finally reliable in my area

Wasn't even planning to come but my shop's internet connection was terrible until I switched to Globacom's service. The difference sha — before I was losing customers because my POS was always timing out, now transactions go through smoothly without all that wahala. Network stability here in Onitsha is something else, I no go lie. For someone like me wey depends on fast connection to run my food business properly, this is exactly what I needed.

Globacom service na correct but their customer care slow eh

I use Globacom for my food business calls and data, and everything works fine. Network coverage is strong even in the mainland where I sell, and the data packages are reasonable for my pocket. My only small complaint is when I went to their Ikeja office last month to sort out my billing issue, I waited almost 2 hours before someone attended to me. To be fair though, the lady that helped me was polite and fixed everything well. Overall I'm satisfied with the service, no be lie.

Globacom service is solid sha

Glo has been treating me well since I started using them for my trading business. The network coverage is reliable, especially here in Benin City where I operate, and their customer service people are actually helpful when you call. My only small issue is the data plans — the prices go up too quick without warning, one day you're paying one amount, next month something changed. But to be fair, which network no do that these days? I won't lie, I'm satisfied overall and the service keeps my business running.

Globacom service na half half

To be fair, the data speeds are decent when you're driving around Abeokuta - I use it for navigation and it works fine. But honestly, their customer service people at the Abeokuta office are slow eh, I waited almost 45 minutes just to sort out my billing issue last week. Network coverage still has some dead spots around the outskirts where I sometimes drive. E no easy juggling work and managing phone issues, but it's okay sha.
