Frequent customer here and I must say Geregu has been reliable with their generation output, which is what matters honestly. The infrastructure and capacity they bring to the grid is solid, no jokes about that. My only gripe though is getting accurate information about maintenance schedules and outages beforehand—I work in IT so I depend on power stability, and sometimes you hear about planned shutdowns after they already happened. Overall they doing their thing but abeg improve the communication with stakeholders because we need to plan around these things too.
Came to inquire about their power generation services and the whole process was straightforward I won't lie. Staff knew what they were talking about and could explain things clearly which I appreciated honestly. The only thing that annoyed me was how long it took to get feedback after my initial inquiry, like two weeks before anyone followed up and that's not good for business communication. Overall though they seem to know what they're doing with their operations so I can't complain too much.
Been hearing about Geregu Power for a while and finally decided to check out their operations. What impressed me most was how they managed to keep supplying power consistently even during the recent outages — that reliability sef is something you don't take for granted in this country. The whole setup runs smoothly and you can tell they know what they're doing with their fossil fuel plants. Won't lie, for a power generation company, they've got their act together.
