Came to inquire about their electrification solutions for a small project and I'll be honest the staff could explain what they do better. The guy attending to me was on his phone half the time and when he finally focused, the whole thing felt rushed like he had somewhere better to be. They have the tech but their customer service sha needs serious work because how you present your products matters just as much as the products themselves. Mixed feelings because what they're doing sounds promising but the way they treated me made me question if I want to work with them at all.
