Tried not to think about it too much at first but my friend kept pushing me to use them for some social media work and honestly the initial consultation was solid, guy really understood what I wanted. But then implementation sha took forever, almost three weeks for content they promised in one week, and when it finally came the quality wasn't matching the price they quoted me. The posting schedule they set up worked fine but their response time to feedback was terrible, sometimes waiting two days just to get a simple yes or no. I'm still using them but on the fence about it because dem get the strategy right but the execution is what's killing me.
