My friend dragged me here to handle some video content for my plumbing business page and honestly the creative ideas they came back with were solid, like they actually understood what I was trying to communicate. The team listened well and the final videos looked professional, but abeg the waiting period between when I submitted my brief and when they delivered was longer than expected and they didn't really keep me in the loop about progress. For what I paid, communication should have been better sha. I'm using them again because the end product was worth it, but next time I'm setting clearer deadlines from day one.
