Review Time
I've tried here for a few months now managing my health records and the platform actually works well for storing everything in one place. My complaint though is that navigating through the app to find old records is somehow harder than it should be like they didn't think about how customers would actually use it day to day. Staff were helpful when I called with questions which I appreciated but abeg they need to simplify that dashboard because honestly I almost gave up the first time. Overall it's doing what it's supposed to do but they could make the user experience less stressful
