Been loyal to Danfoss for a while now since they handle our energy efficiency needs properly and their team actually knows what they talking about when you call with questions. My only gripe sha is how long it takes to get feedback on service requests and follow ups because I called last month about a consultation and it took them almost three weeks to get back to me and I had to call again myself. For what they charge you'd think the turnaround would be faster but apart from that their solutions work and they've saved us some money on our bills abeg. Still good value overall I won't lie but just sort out your response time system make we get better experience.
