The meters work but customer service needs serious work

Came to inquire about their smart meter systems for a small project I was considering and the whole experience left me frustrated honestly. The technical guy who eventually spoke to me knew his stuff and explained how the metering technology works pretty well, but I had to wait almost an hour before anyone even acknowledged I was there and the receptionist's attitude sha was like I was bothering her. For the price they're asking, the way they handle customers needs serious improvement because no amount of good product can make up for poor service. I might still go back if I need the meters, but they need to sort out their front desk wahala first.
