Wasn't even planning to come but my building needed elevator maintenance and they came highly recommended. The technicians who came were knowledgeable and did the job proper proper, explained everything clearly which I appreciated sha. My only issue is how long it took to get someone to come inspect the equipment in the first place because I called multiple times before they finally sent someone out. Overall they know their job well but abeg they need to improve on how fast they respond to initial inquiries.
